Every plan includes billing, books, staff, your website and the signed receipts. You choose whether agents that use AI are switched on. The price is per month, billed yearly, plus 18% GST. The list below has no setup fee and no card: you get an invoice.

AI use has a fair daily limit. You can switch plans any time in Settings, then Plan. Screens are in English for now; only the Ask bar takes Hindi.
In the live demo AI is switched off, so nothing is sent to an AI model and the Ask bar says so. The agents that use AI show as switched off there. Everything else in the demo is the real software.
People and logins
Who needs a login?
- The Business price is written for up to 5 people who sign in.
- Staff on your payroll do not need a login. You add them in People and mark attendance for them. A login only adds the staff phone app (check-in, leave requests).
- The software does not stop you adding a sixth login. What a bigger team costs is not decided yet, so please talk to us first.
Payroll
What payroll does and does not do
INDRA works out gross pay from attendance and leave, posts it to the books and makes a payslip. It does not work out PF, ESI, professional tax or TDS. You enter those on each payslip, or ask your CA. It is on the list of things we plan to build.
Want us to set it up?
INDRA is built to set up yourself. If you’d rather we move your customers, items, rooms and opening balances in from Tally or Excel and train your team, we quote that as a fixed-price job.
Care Plan: an optional service
The Care Plan is a person, not software. Each month someone at VritantaNextGen reads how your agents did (drafts made, approved, rejected, corrected, from the Agent health page) and adjusts how they are set up. It only makes sense on the plan with AI. INDRA works fully without it. Draft price ₹15,000 a month, to be confirmed.
How we chose these prices, and what they are compared with
We set each plan ₹100 a month under the cheapest comparable product we found. The figures below are from the vendors’ public price pages as we read them on 26 October 2026. Prices change, and we have not checked them since.
- INDRA Business. Compared with myBillBook Diamond at ₹217 a month (GST billing and accounting, billed yearly), and Zoho Books Standard at ₹749 a month (accounting with AI features, billed yearly).
- INDRA Stay: homestay (up to 10 rooms). Compared with homestay software (eZee Lite, MettaStay and similar) at ₹999 a month (from ₹999 a month, up to about 10 rooms).
- INDRA Stay: hotel (11 to 30 rooms). Compared with eZee Absolute Lite at ₹2,000 a month (10 to 30 rooms).
- INDRA Business: gym or fitness studio (up to 500 members). Compared with GymBoss at ₹499 a month (a snippet, still to confirm), and local gym software at ₹1,000 a month (₹1,000 to ₹3,500 a month, estimates still to confirm).
