Terms
Terms of use
These are the plain-language terms for using INDRA. They say what you can expect from the software and what we ask of you. The legal details we have not settled yet are marked, not guessed.
What INDRA is
INDRA is business software: invoices with GST, books, people, a front desk for hotels and homestays, a website editor and an approval inbox. It is made by VritantaNextGen. Agents in INDRA only draft. A person with the right role approves, and INDRA then records a signed receipt.
To be confirmed by VritantaNextGen
- Registered entity name that offers INDRA: to be confirmed
- Registered address: to be confirmed
- Governing law and the court that can hear a dispute: to be confirmed
Your account
- You must give a real email and keep your password private. Anything done with your login is treated as done by you, and shows on the receipts under your name.
- The owner of a business decides who else gets a login and what role they have. The listed price covers 5 people who sign in on INDRA Business; see pricing.
- Please do not share one login between several people. The receipts are only as useful as the names on them.
Your data is yours
What you enter belongs to you. We use it to run INDRA for you and for nothing else. You are responsible for having a good reason to hold the personal data of your customers, guests and staff, and for telling them. See the privacy notice and where data lives on the security page.
Plans, prices and invoices
- INDRA comes without AI or with AI, in three price bands (business, homestay, hotel). The prices on the pricing page are per month, billed yearly, plus 18% GST. They are draft prices while INDRA is new.
- The app has no card step and does not charge anyone. We send an invoice for your plan. Creating an account does not by itself create an invoice.
- A new business starts on the plan with AI. You can switch between the two plans any time in Settings, then Plan. The change shows up on your next invoice.
- Above 30 rooms, a hotel is quoted per property.
To be confirmed by VritantaNextGen
- Whether a free trial exists and how long it lasts: to be confirmed
- Payment terms and due dates for the yearly invoice: to be confirmed
- What we do when an invoice is not paid. The software itself does not lock an account for non-payment: to be confirmed
Refunds and cancellation
Because the plan is billed yearly, what happens when you cancel part-way through the year matters. We have not yet written this down in a form we are willing to be held to, so we will not pretend to here.
To be confirmed by VritantaNextGen
- Refund window after the first yearly invoice is paid: to be confirmed
- Whether unused months are refunded when you cancel, and how: to be confirmed
- How to cancel and how much notice we need: to be confirmed
- How a plan switch mid-year is billed: to be confirmed
- How soon a refund reaches you: to be confirmed
Until this is filled in, please ask us before you pay and keep our reply.
The AI features
- AI is part of the plan with AI only. It has a fair daily limit (the app’s limit is set in money terms, about $0.05 of model use per business per day), and once it is used up, AI agents wait until the last 24 hours of use fall back under it.
- AI can be wrong. It writes drafts, you check them. Nothing it drafts goes out, posts to your books or moves money until a person approves.
- The live demo has AI switched off, so you will see agents marked as switched off there.
What INDRA does not do
- It is not tax, legal or accounting advice. GST and hotel tax rates in INDRA are defaults you can change, and they are marked “confirm with your CA”. Please confirm them.
- It does not file GST returns, make e-invoices (IRN) or e-way bills, or work out PF, ESI, professional tax or TDS. The honest list says what else is not built yet.
- It does not take payments. The UPI QR on an invoice sends money straight from your customer to the UPI ID you set. INDRA does not see it, so you record the payment yourself.
- It does not manage bookings that were made on other sites. You enter those by hand.
Demo and sandbox
The three demo businesses and the “try it yourself” copy use made-up data. Please do not enter real people’s details there. A private copy is deleted once it is 24 hours old. The UPI QR codes in demos are examples and must not be paid.
Using INDRA properly
- Do not use INDRA to break the law, to send spam, or to store data you have no right to hold.
- Do not try to reach another business’s data, or to overload the service.

- What we may do when these rules are broken: to be confirmed
- Limits on our liability: to be confirmed
- How we tell you about changes to these terms: to be confirmed
