How we work
The rules we work by.
- Agents draft
- Our agents do the routine work: first drafts, checks, summaries, code. They prepare; they don’t decide.
- A person approves
- Anything that goes out, gets published or spends money waits for a person to say yes.
- Receipts prove it
- We keep a record of who did what, so we can show our work instead of asking to be trusted.
- Nothing invented
- No made-up numbers, customer logos or testimonials. When we show an example, we label it as one.
The Clinic
We look after agents, too.
Agents drift, break and get things wrong, like any worker. Our Clinic checks on them and fixes them. INDRA’s Agent health page comes from that work.
Games
We make games.
